We often say that, it is important to learn from our past experiences and lessons learned. And while generally I still believe that, recently I find myself wondering about this. It has all come about because I find myself wanting to put everything I have ever learned, taught, believed, behind me. Not rejecting any of it. More like toys I have played with, which are now worn and shabby and no longer hold my attention or interest. Continue reading “#34 The Relevance in the Present of Past Experiences”

#33 The Fast Moving River of Life
Yes, yes. I’m still here. My silence on this blog fails to convey how often I have thought about writing. The other day my friend Marion Z wondered why I have not been writing. That slipped some sort of gear in me and here I am. But, I hasten to add, as has happened before, that I decided to write and see if in the process I can discover the answer to my friend’s question.

#25 Life in the Midst of Chaos
In my arrogance the other day, I felt secure in what I can do during this time of challenge on our dear little planet. Stand steady, remember that we are all beings of Light, radiate that Light and build our bonds of Love. # 14 The Green Juicing Adventure
Once again, my determination to move a few goals from thinking and talking about to doing has taken a while. Happily I can share that since my last post, I did accomplish conducting a retreat in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina with a group of powerful souls; Continue reading “# 14 The Green Juicing Adventure”
#13 Sleep
My attention has wandered a bit to taking action on things I’ve been studying and some that have been neglected for a while. It has been said that, it is important to actually incorporate gained knowledge into Continue reading “#13 Sleep”
# 10 Cell Memory – one
Finally, I simply have to move on and not give in to the thought that, I still don’t know enough, understand enough, have not integrated the information enough. It’s all true. But I remind myself at last, I’m simply Continue reading “# 10 Cell Memory – one”
#2 Reminders for the Journey
Most days I listen to a tape on healing on You Tube. Sometimes I search for a particular person. Other times I do a random search for Quantum Healing.
